Welcome to Mid-Penn Motion, an elite AAU Basketball Club. Mid-Penn Motion (MPM) has been serving the youth of Central Pennsylvania for 15 years in an all volunteer capacity.

MPM is a non-profit, charitable organization established in 1998 to provide an outlet for talented basketball players to elevate their game during the scholastic off-season. As an official charter member of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU), MPM sponsors girls and boys competitive basketball teams with players aged 10 to 17 from all areas of Central Pennsylvania (West and East Shores). We assist in the advanced development of our youth with improved basketball skills and high quality of team play through energentic practices and competing in regional and national tournaments.
In addition, Mid-Penn Motion provides opportunities for college exposure and scholorships through showcase tournaments. We are proud to have over 100 Mid-Penn Motion players that played at the collegiate level.
Participation on a Mid-Penn Motion team does not interfere with PIAA High School Basketball or any winter basketball league. Our teams start official practices in March and the season runs until the end of June or July depending on the team.
