The Mid-Penn Motion, a basketball club, is a charter member of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU). Its purpose is to provide girls and boys an opportunity to advance and develop as athletes and individuals. Currently, our teams are comprised of boy and girl basketball players aged 10 to 17 who come from all areas of Central Pennsylvania and these teams will represent their local communities and the Central Pennsylvania area at regional and national tournaments held throughout the United States. As you can imagine, the cost to run this program is great. Each player is responsible to raise the necessary funds to meet his/her financial commitment to the team.
